FP Dance Crews

FP-Productions first dance crew, simply called FP-Dance Crew, was founded in 2003 by FP-Family members Phillip Carabillas, Rae Rae Pentecostes and Marvin Parulan. They took 2nd place in their very first performance at ASU’s Sparky’s Talent Show in the fall of 2003. The experience gave the crew inspiration and confidence which gave them great optimism for their future as a dance crew. From there, they recruited the young and talented Leah Roman, Jemard Gonzales, Jeffery Gonzales, & Ryam . FP-Dance Crew was quickly becoming well known throughout the Arizona community and captured the dance community by their energetic and new style of dance. With the inclusion of JoJo Espinosa, Celeste Roman, Rose Reyes and our close friend Rich Garcia, FP-Dance Crews 1st Generation was finally complete and would go on to perform at local events including halftime at several Phoenix Suns games.

The formation FP-Dance Crew 2nd Generation started off with the merging of FP-Dance Crew with Tucson’s “Without Warning” to form “Nomadic Groove”. Under the direction by Phillip Carabillas, Alfred Oyog, Leah Roman and Arvin Parco, “Nomadic Groove” would run in to some hard times as members of both generations would split off to create new ventures. Today, the essence of FP-Dance Crew exists with many of it’s former members have created/joined Motion Theory, Female Prophecy, Broken Toyz, Dia Clones and Out Crowd. These five dance crews all perform under the FP-Production banner and further spread the idea of FP as a “Family”. As a whole we keep the same focus and belief that the original FP-Dance Crew brought to our audiences and that is the FP-Production’s motto of “Bringing Entertainment to Another Level!”
